The blend of modern and colonial styles created a comforting atmosphere. Breakfast was delightful, particularly the handmade tortillas and huevos rancheros. However, I did notice some noise from surrounding areas that could disrupt sleep.

The staff was excellent and friendly throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, we faced some challenges during our visit. The water pressure in our room was very low, requiring multiple calls to the lobby for assistance. It was frustrating to have to wait for a resolution when we just wanted to enjoy our time. Additionally, the bathroom design was poor, as the shower water would leak onto the toilet area, making it uncomfortable.

The restaurant served some bomb sourdough bread that paired perfectly with handmade tortillas and fried eggs at breakfast. Plus, shout out to Javier's service—he really made my dining experience top-notch!
Oh, the water pressure was a real buzzkill. had to jab the lobby three times just to get it sorted.

The hotel stands out for its elegance and cleanliness. My junior suite on the first floor featured high ceilings, a modern TV, and great lighting—a cozy spot indeed. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Cathedral and local bars. we enjoyed exploring every day. The hearty breakfast with handmade tortillas and delicious salsas set us up for the day, although the coffee could use improvement—freshly brewed would be ideal instead of reheated pots. The staff, especially at the restaurant, were attentive and made the dining experience enjoyable. However, the bathroom layout was inconvenient, with shower water often leaking onto the toilet area. Additionally, I faced an issue with low water pressure during the mornings, which was frustrating. Even still, the ambiance of the hotel and helpful staff made for an overall pleasant stay.

The food was excellent and the breakfast offered hit the spot , hand made tortillas with fried eggs and great salsas. Also, the bell service was outstanding , they made me feel like a VIP even while I was checking in.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but I thought it was still alright.
